  I agonized for three days.
  
  Flow-Right was made aware of an enormous raw sewage backup in my basement. I had water in my sinks, bathtub, waste in my toilet, and foul smelling sewage on my basement floor which came up from the drain. I was nauseous, hindered from the normal daily activities, including bathing, brushing my teeth, and most of all using my own toilet. The release of even the smallest amount of water would cause a grotesque flow into my laundry room coupled with a stench that reached outside. This was extremely oppressive. Flow-right provided an eta and informed me that James would contact me prior to his scheduled arrival. James called, introduced himself, and stated a thirty minute eta.
  
  James arrived exactly on time. James quickly assessed the situation and within minutes went to his truck and brought back his necessary equipment. He was extremely respectful of my home and very carefully brought his equipment in and out once he was done. There was no second guessing, he knew exactly what the job called for and was at work right away. He was thoroughly vested and engaged as if he was working in his own home. James cleared 100 ft. to the mainline, and then moved the to laundry room floor drain. The man was on his knees with his hands down in there working it, and didn’t quit until there was no more blockage. I was so impressed and resolved that the man for the job was in my home. James did not disappoint.
  
  I could never thank James {Flow-Right} enough. I strongly press Flow-Right to recognize the caliber of dedicated employee you have in James and never miss the opportunities provided you, worthy of rewarding him.

  Great Service. After discovering our water heater had sprung a leak, we contacted our home warranty company and they dispatched Joe. Joe looked and determined we needed a new heater. He detailed for me the exact repairs that were needed and why. He also laid out the costs of everything that would not be covered by the warranty. Early the following day, Joe and Brandon came to replace the heater. They even rearranged their schedule to accommodate our's. We were going to be going out of town that afternoon, so they made sure to get us taken care of in the morning. Once they had installed the heater, Joe took the time to explain the operation to me. Great service, amazing response time!
