  Tenant of mine clogged drains and called the company to set up the work. I appreciate them coming out to rod out late at night and was told by the customer service rep it'd be an additional $85 for coming out as a short notice emergency. Fine. Then I payed an additional $550 for evaluation and 4 hours of work. Seems high (like double). He was at the house so they had me caught. They wanted payment without an invoice. 4 stars for work done in a pinch....no stars for wanting $600+ without an invoice and being aggravated that I asked for one (upon which payment was immediately made).

  Have not used them but I called to get a deck quote and they wanted me to wait 6+ weeks just to get a quote. I am not willing to wait that long for a quote just to see if I want to go forward with them.
