  The experience was very satisfying from start to completion. I called on Saturday (8:00) for service because of no heat on a rather chilly morning. Service was out in 09:30). After diag. problem it was determined that the part I needed was going available, but on Monday. But Dan S. the serviceman realized it was going to be a cold weekend (in the low 30's) and took the extra time and located the part from a different source. He was then able to pickup the part, return and install it. Furnace running by 11:00). Thanks Dan!
