  I paid for an anal gland cleaning and my dogs nails to be trimmed and grinded down only to be refunded and come back to see they only ground one foot and said “he didn’t want it done” .. clearly no dog wants to be at the groomer or have their nails cut or anal gland emptied. The girl who was working there was maybe 17 and didn’t have a clue what was going on and took 20 minutes just to ring me up in the grooming area in the first place.. I truly believe because they don’t like to do the anal gland they just say it didn’t work or encourage you to have the vet do the internal anal gland emptying but I have had it done plenty of times elsewhere with no issues. I would highly recommend not wasting your time here. My dog weighs 25 lbs how hard could it be to cut his nails and muzzle him for 10 minutes.. clearly much too difficult for them.
