  Encountered one of their technicians on the highway today. He was tailgating me and then cut me off. I saw him cut off another car minutes later. He was on his phone the whole time. I called and talked to the assistant service manager, Mike. Mike was anything but pleasant on the phone. He literally has the personality of a soccer ball. I very quickly realized that a lack of consideration for others is the the culture at Allied. They will never be back to service our scales at my facility because of this.
